<br />Now,on this 4th day of November,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Henry
<br />N.Martin,a half- brother of said deceased,and the owner of the real estate hereinafter described,
<br />heretofore filed herein,praying for the settlement of the estate of said deceased,a finding
<br />that she died intestate,and fixing the time and place of her death,for a determination of her'
<br />heirs at law,their degree of kinship to said deceased,and the right of descent of the real
<br />estate owned by said deceased at the time of her decease,said petitioner being represented
<br />by Horth,Cleary & Suhr,his attorneys,and the Court having examined the records and files
<br />herein and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given;'
