<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Catherine Kanouff, FINAL RECREE
<br />Deceased.
<br />Kow,on this 27th day of October,1926,this cause came for hearing upon the final report of,!
<br />Jesse B.Kanouff.Administrator of the estate of Catherine Kanouffdeceased,and upon his petition
<br />for the approval and allowance of said report,the settlement of *aid estate,,and his dischargo
<br />herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the
<br />premises,finds th4t due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed for a hearing upon said report.as heretofore ordered by the Oourt,and no one appearing,
<br />to object to said report and the Court having examined said report,together with the vouchere
<br />on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that said report ought
<br />to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administratorlaaid estate settled
<br />and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has
<br />fully expired,and that allpersons having claims against said estate,if any such there bearel
<br />forever barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.i
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator ha's paid the funeral expenses of said
<br />deoeased,the costs of this proceeding,and that nothing further remains in his hands belonging,
<br />to said estate,that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state
<br />of Nebraskanot to a Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Catherine Kanouff was a widow at the time of her
<br />death and that she left surviving her,as her heirs at law and her 4hly heirs at lawJesse B.
<br />Kanouff)Wesley W.Kanouff,and George H.Kanouff,sons of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Catherine Kanouff died seized as the owner by fee simple
<br />title absolute of Lots Eight (8),Nine (9) and Ten (10),in Block Nine (9) in Boggs & Hill's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska, and that upon the death of the said
