�I ownership in fee simple of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Eleven (11), Russell Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; that more than two years have elapsed since
<br />the death of the said Georgia L.Jones, and that no application has ever been made in the Stat
<br />of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of her estate, nor has administration up
<br />the estate of the said Georgia L.Jones, deceased, ever been had in the state of Nebraska; that
<br />the petitioner herein is now the owner of an undivided one -third interest in said premises,
<br />and is a competent and proper person to institute and prosecute this proceeding.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Georgia L.Jones left surviving her,her husband, Edwin
<br />A. Jones ,Sr. , Edwin A. Jones, Jr. ,a son, Maybelle Draper, a daughter, Estel 0. Jones, a son,
<br />Bertram W.Jones, a son, all residing at Grand Island, Nebraska, all of legal age; that upon
<br />the death of the said Georgia L.Jones, under the laws of the State of Nebraska, then in force,
<br />the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended as follows: an undivided one -thir
<br />interest to Edwin A. Jones, Sr., an undivided one -sixth to Edwin A. Jones,Jr. , ana'undivided
<br />one -sixth to Maybelle Draper, and undivided one -sixth to Estel O.Jones, and an undivided one-
<br />sixth to Bertram W.Jones, subject only to the homestead estate therein of the said Edwin A.
<br />Jones, Sr.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Georgia L.Jones, deceased, left a personal estate
<br />sufficient to pay her funeral expenses and debts, and that such funeral expenses and debts havj
<br />been fully paid; that if any debts existed against the Estate of the said Georgia L.Jones,
<br />deceased, such debts are long since barred by the Statute of Limitations and are now forever
<br />barred and precluded, and the Court further finds that the costs of the proceeding have been
<br />paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that at the death of the said Georgia L.Jones, said real estate here -
<br />inbefore described, was of the value of $5000.00 Dollars and that it is now of the gross value
<br />of about 5000.00 Dollars.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED By THE COURT that the said Georgia L.Jones died
<br />intestate at Grand Island, State of Nebraska; that she died on the 9th day of August,1924, and
<br />that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of the City of Grand Island
<br />and State of Nebraska; that more than two years have elapsed since the death of the said
<br />Georgia L.Jones; that no administration has ever been had or applied for upon the Estate of
<br />the said Georgia L.Jones, deceased, in the State of Nebraska; that the said Georgia L.Jones
<br />died seized of an estate of inheritance in real estate, located in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />consisting of the ownership in fee simple of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Eleven (11)
<br />Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; that she left surviving her,
<br />Edwin A. Jones, Sr., her husband, Edwin A. Jones, Jr. ,a son, Maybelle Draper, a daughter, Estel
<br />O.Jones, a son, Bertram W.Jones, a son, all of lawful age, as her heirs at law and her only
<br />heirs at law; That under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska in force at the time of
<br />the death of the said Georgia L. Jones, the said Edwin A. Jones, Sr., surviving husband of the
<br />said Oeorgia L.Jones, deceased, took a homestead estate in the estate hereinbefore described
<br />and that subject only to the said dower estate, the real estate herein described, passed and
<br />descended, upon.the death of the said Georgia L.Jones, in the following shares: To the said
<br />Edwin A. Jones, Sr., an undivided one -third and to Edwin A. Jones, Jr., Maybelle Draper, Estel
<br />O.Jones and Bertram W.Jones each an undivided one -sixth thereof, and to their respective heirs
<br />and assigns forever, and that the same is hereby so awarded, and all debts of said deceased,
<br />and all debts against the estate of said deceased, if any such existed,are forever barred and
<br />precluded, and further administration of the estate of the said Georgia L.Jones, deceased, is
<br />hereby dispensed with, and said estate is forever settled and closed. J.H.Mullin
