<br />November,1905 while a resident and inhabitantof Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died intestate;
<br />that he left surviving him as his heirs and only heirs at law,Lena Krueger,his widow,Otto Krueger,
<br />Charley Krueger and Henry Krueger,his sons who were of lawful age,Mathilda Ewoldt and Caroline
<br />Krueger,his daughters of lawful age and Wilhelm Krueger and Hermann Krueger,his sons ho were
<br />ininors,aged sixteen and fourteen years respectively.
<br />That Rt the time of his death,said Carl Krueger,was the owner in fee simple of the following
<br />described real estate,to -wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWy NEJ) and the Southeast Quarter of the',.
<br />Northeast Quarter (SEJ NEJ) of Section Sixteen (16);the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(S2 NWi) of Section Fifteen (15) ;the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W2 SEJ) and the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ -SEJ) of Section Four (4) and Lot Four (4)
<br />on Mainland in the Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Ten (10),all in Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th.P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />and that he was possessed of personal property as shown by the inventory but that said personal
<br />property was used by the Administratrix for the payment of the funeral expenses and other
<br />indebtedness of the deceased,and that the same was entirely exhaused thereby'.
<br />The court finds that all of said real estate passed and descended under and by virtue of
<br />the law of descent in the State of Nebraska,is follows,to -wit:
<br />To Lena Krueger,his widow,an undivided One -third (J) interest in all of said real estate
<br />for and during her natural life,and the remainder to Otto Krueger,Charley Krueger,Henry
<br />Krueger, Mathilda Ewoldt,Caroline Krueger,Wilhelm Krueger,and Hermann Krueger, in equal shares,
<br />to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the
