-STATE JOURNAL COMPANY, LINCOLN, NEB. <br />FINAL DECREE <br />Iilk wrik, Irit) [I <br />N � "Rr? <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />of Josephine Buttschau, <br />Deceased. <br />Now,on this 711 day of October,1926;this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of Minnie J.Paul,Administratri)()and the Court having examined the records and files and being <br />fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons <br />interested in said estate of tine time and place fixed for hearing upon said report as hereto- <br />fore ordered by the Court. <br />And the Court having examined the final report,together with all other files,and the test-, <br />imony offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in all things <br />and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report as said Administratrix. <br />The Court further finds that the said Josephine Buttschau departed this life on the 24th <br />day of February,1926:at her residence in Oairo,Hall County,Nebraska,and at the time of her <br />death was a resident and inhabitant of said county of Hall and state of Nebraska-that a pe- <br />tition for letters of administration was filed herein and that upon hearing thereof Minnie <br />J.Paul was duly appointed as Administratri-Nof the estate of Josephine Buttschau,deceased,and <br />qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that said Josephine Buttschau,deoeased,was the widow of Joachim <br />Buttschau,who preceded her in death on October 20,19171and under the last will and testament <br />of the said Joachim Buttschau the following described real estate,to-wit: <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Four (4) in the First Addition to the Village of Cairo';,, <br />in Hall County,Nebraska) <br />passed and descended to his widow,Josephine Buttschau,for and during her natural life and at <br />her death to Fred William Buttschau and Minnie Jane Paul,in equal shares,and the Court finds <br />that the interest and claim of the said Josephine Buttschau in and to said real estate has <br />fully terminated and expired. <br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws,, <br />of the state of Nebraska,that the Administratrix has paid all the funeral expenses and debts <br />of the deceased and costs of administering said estate,and all other claims filed herein,and <br />that distribution of the residue has been made under and by virtue of the laws of the state of <br />Nebraska,and receipts therefor filed herewith,and that the said estate ought to be closed and <br />the administratrix discharged. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estateof Josephine Buttechau,deoeased,and that <br />the time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate, <br />if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or <br />asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />IT I.S,THEREFOREIORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of Minnie J.Paul,Adminis- <br />tratrix of the estate of Josephine Buttschau,deceased,be,and the same is hereby approved and 11 <br />allowed as and for the final report and said Administratrix is hereby discharged and her bond re- <br />leased and said estate is hereby settled. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE OOURT,that all persons having claims against <br />the estate of Josephine Buttschau,deoeased, if any such there be,are0orever barred,enjoined <br />and precluded from setting up or asserting such claims against sa i estate. <br />4 <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the interest of Josephine'Buttschau as the <br />0 <br />
