<br />within which to fiile such claims and appointing a time and place for hearing said claims,
<br />and that said time has fully expired and that all claims filed against said estate have been
<br />paid and satisfied and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,are forever barred
<br />and precluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said estate have
<br />beem paid and that any claims not sd filed,if any such there be,should be,and the same are
<br />hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The court further finds that the said Marie Grunz departed this life while a resident and
<br />inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,on the 12th.day of August,1924,and that she left a last
<br />will and testament which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 10th
<br />day of April,1926 and is now recorded in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that said Marie Grunz left surviving her as her heirs at law and
<br />only heirs at law,Carl G.Grunz,her husband,Jo Grunz,a grandchild and Anna Grunz,a.daughter.
<br />That the said Marie Grunz as the time of her death was the owner in fee of Lots One (1)
<br />and Two (2) in Block Four (4) of Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. That according to the provisions of said last will and testament,said real estate
<br />wasdevised to Carl G.Grunz,her husband,to have and to hold to him and his heirs forever.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that according to the provisions of the
<br />last will and testament of Marie Grunz,Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Four (4) of Wiebels
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,passed and descended to Carl G.
<br />Urunz in fee simple,to have and to hold to him and his heirs forever,and the same is hereby
<br />awarded to him and said estate is closed,executor discharged and his bond released.

<br />THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MARIE GRUNZ,DECEASED,with the original record thereof,now remain-
<br />ing in said Court,that the same is a correct transcript thereof,and of the whole of such
<br />original record;that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto
<br />attached;that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that
<br />the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
