149 <br />N& 4- mail ViDUTITT <br />distributive share of said personal estate. <br />The court finds that in consequence of this unauthorized division of the personal property <br />two of the heirs at law,Louise Wilkerson and Cecil W.Atkins,have received less than their <br />distributive shares;that the share of Louise Wilkerson,widow,was $430.30,whereas she has <br />received but $4.96,and that the share of Cecil W.Atkins was $296.87,whereas she has received <br />but $150.00,and that therefore the said John E.Wilkerson,Jr.,is indebted to the said Louise <br />Wilkinson and the said Cecil W.Atkins in the sum of $399.08 and that the said Florence W. <br />Cassidy is indebted to the said Louise Wilkerson and the said Cecil W.Atkins in the sum of <br />$163.13 that the said Louise Wilkerson-and the said Cecil W.Atkins have a lien against the <br />shares of the said John E.Wilkerson and Florence W.Cassidy for the respective sums due them <br />as found above. <br />It is ,therefore,CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the right,title and interest <br />of the said John E.Wilkerson in and to the West Forty Four (44) feet of Lot Four (4) in <br />Block Fifty -one (51) of Packer & Barris Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,in <br />Hall County,Nebraska, did pass and descend at his death under the law of descent of real <br />estate in the State of Nebraska,in the manner following: <br />One third part thereof to Louise Wilkerson,his widow;An undivided two ninths thereof <br />to Cecil W.Atkins;An undivided two ninths part thereof to Florence W.Cassidy,and An undivi <br />two ninths part thereof to John E.Wilkerson,Jr.,the latter two taking subject to their in- <br />debtedness to Louise Wilkerson and Cecil W.Atkins as found herein. <br />The Court finds that at the time of the death of the said John E.Wilkerson he was the <br />owner of a Pool Hall located in the building at 404 West 3rd Street,Grand Island,and that they <br />lease on said building and the pool hall equipment therein have not.been disposed and that <br />they are the property of the heirs at law of said John E.Wilkerson,deceased. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />State oY Nebraska, <br />ss. <br />Hall County In the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska <br />I,J.H.Mullin,County Judge of Hall County,Nebraska,do hereby certify that I have compared <br />the foregoing copy of FINAL DECREE,IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN E.WILKERSON,DECEASED, <br />with the original record thereof,now remaining in said Court,that the same is a correct <br />transcript thereof,and of the whole of sucli original record;that said Court is a Court of <br />Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no Clerk authorized <br />to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of <br />the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County <br />Court,at Grand Island,this 9th day of April 1926. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />By Agnes Matthews <br />Clerk County Court. <br />Filed for record this 29 day of September 1926,at 10 :45 o'clock A.M. <br />gister of Deeds <br />- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0-. 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0 -0 -0- <br />
