<br />I ?Charles Ridell,widower,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing mem-
<br />ory,do make and publish this,my last will and testament,in the manner and form following,
<br />that is to say:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my just debt9,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid.
<br />SEOCm.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,resfdue,and remainder of my property,both real
<br />and personal,and whether now held by me or hereafter aoquired,to my nephew,Oarl F.Zuber,of
<br />109 Olentangy Stre.et,Columbus,Ohio,to have and to hold the same forever. In making my said
<br />nephew my sale beneficiary under this wi11,I am not unmindful of my other relatives,and am
<br />disposing of my property in the manner most Betisfactory to myself.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said nephew,Carl F.Zuber,Executor of this will,and request
<br />that he be not required to give surety on his official bond as such.

<br />I hereby revoke any and all wills heretofore made by me.
