<br />FFINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of t he estate
<br />of Althea E.Streator, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 21st day of Oeptember,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final repor�
<br />of R.R.Horth,Administrator of the state of Althea E.Streator,deceased,and upon his petition
<br />for the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein,and the Court having examined
<br />the reoords and files and being fully advised in the premisee,finds that due and legal notice!
<br />has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the
<br />hearing upon said report and petition,as heretofore ordered by the Court and no one appearingi !
<br />to object to said report and the Court having examined said report,together with the vouchers'
<br />on file,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to
<br />be approved andallowed as and for the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and
<br />,place fixed for filing claims against said estate,as heretofore ordered by the Court,thati
<br />the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,
<br />If any such there be,and not filed within the time limited,are forever barred and excluded
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has paid the funeral expenses of said de.
<br />ceased,all claims allowed against said estate,and the costs of this proceeding,and has duly
<br />distributed to the heirs at law of said deceased the remainder-of the personal estate of said
<br />deceased and said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of
<br />Nebraska or 'a Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States,and that said Administrator
<br />ought to be discharged and said estate settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Althea_ E. Streator was a widow at the time of her
<br />death and that she left surviving her,as her heirs at law and her ohly heirs at law,the follow-
<br />ing named persons :Fula M.Owen,a daughter,Anna 0.4erread,a daughter,Alta P.Conn,a daughter,
<br />Charles H.Streator,a son,and Ethel I.Raller,a daughter,all of whom are of legal age,and that
<br />the said Althea E.Streator died seized as the owner by fee simple title of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska,to -wit: the west half
<br />of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 14,in
<br />Township 11,North,Range 12 West,excepting a parcel of land contaiming 7.15 aores,a little
<br />more or less,sonveying by Henry C.Streator and wife to L.G.Brooker and othersby warranty deed
<br />recorded in Book 25 of deeds at page 427 of the deed records of Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />that under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of
<br />the said Althea E.Streator,said real estate passed,by absolute title,to said Eula M.Owen,Anna
<br />G.Jerread,Alta P.Conn,Ethel I.Haller,and Charles H. Streator,daughters and son of said deceased,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />IT IS,THZREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said R.R
<br />Horth,as Administrator of the estate of said Althea E.Streator,deosased,be,and the same herebyl
<br />is allowed and approved in all thinge,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Admin.
<br />istrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims agar
<br />st
<br />the estate of said Althea E.Otreator,deoeased,if any such there be,and not filed within the
<br />time limited by the order of the Court entered herein,are forever barred,exoluded and enjoined,
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
