(6) Hall County,Nebraska.Subject to a mortgage held by McKinle.y & Lanning Loan & Trust Co.of Hastings,Nebraska. PERSONALTY: Note of William Albert Fleming and Ruth I.I.Fleming in the sum of $1,000.00 dated Jan.1,1920 interest at 6% secured by mortgage on lots 1,2,& 3 of the East half (E2) of the North West Quarter (N.W.J) and the West half (W2) of the North East Quarter (N.E.J) and the North East Quarter (N.E.4) of the South West Quarter (S.W.J) Section 31,township 20,range 4 West. Millard County,Utah.
