<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE.
<br />ANGELIA PARKHURST,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 27th day of February,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final re-
<br />port of Nets C.Pa.rkhurst,Administra.tor of the estate of Angelia Parkhurst,deceased,follow-
<br />i'ng due notice to all persons interested of the filing of said report and of the time fixed
<br />for final settlement" , of the estate of said deceased.
<br />On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed; that the administrator had accounted for all of the property
<br />of said deceased coming into his hand or under his control and that there remains in his
<br />hand for distribution the sum of $403.07
<br />The court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of said deceased
<br />as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased and that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims out-
<br />standing against said deceased,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded,
<br />and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied.
<br />The court further finds that the said Angelia Parkhurst departed this life on the 29th
<br />day of Dec ember, 1924, being at the time of her death a, resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebra,ska,and that she died intestate,lea,ving an estate consisting of real and personal pro-
<br />perty. The court finds that the husband of said Angelia Parkhurst died prior to her death
<br />and that said Angelia Parkhurst left surviving her as her heirs at law,and her only heirs at
<br />law,the following clamed persons: NelsonParkhurst,her son,Neva Welch,her daughter,Wallace
<br />hurst,her son,and Edith Parkhurst,her daughter.
<br />The court finds that the said Angelia Park�iurst died seaized in fee of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate,situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebra.ska,to -wit:
<br />All of Lots Two (2),Tlzree (3),Four.(4),Ten (10),Eleven (11) and the West 17 feet of Lot
<br />One (1) and the West 17 feet of Lot Twelve (12),all in Block Six (6),MacColi & Leflang's
<br />Addition to the Village of Good River;
<br />The homestead right and estate of Angelia Parkhurst in and to the Northwest Quarter of
<br />the Southeast qua.rter,NW� SE4) and the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast quarter (SE4'SEJ)
<br />of Section Five (5) in Township Nine (9) North,Range Eleven (11) 'Vest of the 6th P.M.
<br />It is therefore considered and a.djudged.by the court that the report of Nelson Parkhurst
