<br />IN THE PROBATE COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />Mary A.Robinson,DECEASED, STIPULATION
<br />WILLIAM SPRAGUE,ADMINISTRATOR it
<br />WHEREAS,Mary A.Robinson,late of Hall County,Nebra.ska,became deceased on or about the 23
<br />day of Xarch,1926,_and that at the time of her decease,so far as is known,left no Last Will anc
<br />Testament. It appears,however,that the said Hilary A.Robinsgn• made certain- deaarations prior
<br />to her death and during her last sickness relative to her intended disposal of her property, is
<br />in which declaration she recited that it was her intention that George L.Robinson of Paola,
<br />Kansas,brother of her deceased husband,should participate in the distribution of her said estate.
<br />Now therefor,for the purpose of carrying out the express wish of said deceased and to eli-
<br />minate the possibility of litigation relative to said estate,it is hereby agreed by and be-
<br />tween James Mattin,Orville Martin,Jane Hamilton and George L.Robinson,said parties being
<br />the sole and only heirs at law of the said Mary A.Robinson,that said parties shall participate
<br />in the distribution of the assets of the estate of the said "Mary A.Robinson in the following
<br />proportions,to -wit:
<br />Jane Hamilton--------- - - - - -- -4/12
<br />James Martin---------- - - - - -- -3/12
<br />Orville Martin---------- - - - - -3 12
<br />George L.Robinson ------------ 2 112
<br />The administrator of said estate is hereby instructed and authorized to make distribution Of
<br />said estate in accordance with the recitals of this stipulation.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the said parties have hereunto set their hands the 17th day of May,1926.`
