<br />I FINAL DECREE.
<br />Thomas McNeillaDeceased
<br />Now on this 10th day of June 1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />!I of Thomas Connor,Executor of the last will and testament of the Estate of Thomas McNeill,
<br />deceased and the Court having examined the records and files,and being fully advised in the
<br />i
<br />premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to allpersons interested in said
<br />Estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered
<br />by the Court.

<br />And the Court,having examined the final report,together with all other files and the
<br />testimony offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in all
<br />things,and should be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that Thomas McNeill,deceased,departed this life at his residence
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska on the 16th day of May 1925 and at the time of his death he was a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that the last will and testament of the
<br />it
<br />said Thomas McNeill was duly proven,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the
<br />r
<br />3d day of July 1925 and the said Thomas Connor was appointed abd duly qualified as executor
<br />thereunder.
<br />I The Court further finds that said Thomas McNeill left him surviving,his four children,
<br />to- wit :John J.McNeill,James M.McNeill,Marie Cecelia McNeill and Margaret Agnes Stack,"
<br />The Court further finds that said Thomas McNeill died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of Section Seven (7) Township Ten (10),North of Range Twelve (12),
<br />j West of the Sixth P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of the said last will and testament of
<br />the said Thomas McNeill,all of said real estate herein described passed and descended in the
<br />following manner,to -wit: The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Seven,
<br />�i Township Ten,Range Twelve,West,Hall County,Nebraska,to John J.McNeill and the balance of said
<br />l� real estate hereinbefore described to James M.gcNeill,Marie Cecelia McNeill,and Margaret AgrBE

<br />Stack,share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased possessed no personal property;that said Estate
<br />was iabt subject to inheritance tax and that the said Executor has
<br />paid all of the funeral
<br />expenses,debts of the deceased and costs of administration and that said Estate ought to be
<br />closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has beem given to all persons of the
<br />ii
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against the Estate of said Thomas McNeill,deceased,
<br />and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the
<br />Estate of said Thomas McNeill,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said Estate.
<br />IT, IS,THEREFOR.E,OR.DERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,by the Court that the final report of said
<br />Thomas Connor,Executor of the last will of Thomas McNeill,deceased,be,and the same hereby is
<br />;
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final report,and that Executor is hereby discharged and
<br />bond released,and said Estate is hereby settled and closed.
