<br />Attorneys fees,and that said .sum shall be divided among the following named children of the
<br />deceased in equal shares,Flora Jackson,Mildred Montgomery,Maud Gill,Ivy Wood,Mabel Vander -

<br />ford,Imo Lemmon,John Melius,and Ray M+elius,each ato receive One Hundred Twenty -five Dollars

<br />12.The Court further finds that by the terms of the will,the Executor named herein,was

<br />instructed,after the lapse of two years,after the death of the deeeased,to sell the South -
<br />west Quarter (SW�) of Section Thirty -five (35) Township Eleven (11).Range Twenty -four (24)

<br />West of the Sixth P.M.in Dawson County,Nebraska,and divide the proceeds,share and share alike
<br />among the following children of the deceased,to -wit: Flora Jackson,Mildred Montgomery Maud
<br />Gill,Ivy Wood,Mabel Vanderford,Imo Lemmon,John Melius,and Ray Melius,;that the records of
<br />this case show that J.S.Goo as named executor of said will,that he has declined to serve
<br />j; and that T.M.Hewitt has been appointed by the Court as Administrator,with will annexed,and
<br />I that in order to comply with the privisions of said will,relating to the sale of said real
<br />estate,said Administrator,with will annexed,tas caused to be filed with the District Court
<br />of Dawson County,Nebraska a suit in partition for the sale of said Real Estate,and said
<br />sale was duly held and approved by the Judge of the District Court of Dawson County,Nebraska.
<br />13.The court further finds that there has been paid nu der contract of sale,by the deceased

<br />during his life time,an undivided one -half interest in lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block
<br />(90) Wheller and Bennet6- 4th Addition to the City of Grand Island;that there is still due
<br />and payable upon said contract,the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) and that by the
<br />terms of the last will and testament the said Flora Jackson,Mildred Montgomery,Maud Gill,
<br />I
<br />Ivy Wood,Mabel Vanderford,Imo Lemmon,John Melius and Ray Melius,children of the deceased,
<br />are each entitled to an undivided one - eighth (1/8) interest of said sum.
<br />14.The court further finds-that there is no State Inheritance tax due the State of Neb-
<br />�� raska , in said estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the Final Report of T.M.
<br />i Hewitt,Administrator with will annexed be and the same is hereby approved;the heirs --at -law
<br />i of said deceased as heretofore found be as so found,the real and personal property as here-
<br />tofore found be and the same is hereby declared to be as so found.
<br />It is further decreed by the court that all claims filed against said estate have been

<br />paid,the time for filing claims having expired,any claims against said estate are now and
<br />forever barred. Receipts for all claims having been filed in this case,Attorneys' fees,and
<br />I Court Costs having been fully paid and satisfied and the fees of the Administrator,with will

<br />annexed having filed his receipt in this court,his bond is now cancelled,he is hereby dis-
<br />charged from his trust,and this estate is now declared closed. !
