<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />said Mamie Bosselman as Administratrix of the estate of the said Mary Bosselman,deceased,be,
<br />and the same hereby is,in all things,approved and allowed as and for her final report,aaid
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the said Mary Bosselman,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,
<br />enjoined,and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the intestate laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Mary Bosselman,the real
<br />f.
<br />estate hereinbefore described passed and descended,by absolute title,to Charles Bosselman,
<br />Rosa Ruehner,Mattie tbeffelbein,and Mamie Bosselman,children of said deceased,share and shard:
<br />alike,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />I,Mary E.Melius,of Cozad,in the County of Dawson,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and;'
<br />memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and fun
<br />eral expenses as soon after my d6cease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath to
<br />my daughter Beulah Melius all my household furniture of every kind and description.
<br />Third- I order and direct my executor to sell the remainder of my personal property and
<br />after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses to divide the remainder among my children
<br />Mildred Montgomery,Flora Jackson,Maud Gill,Margaret Wood,Mabel Vanderford,Imo Lemon,John M.
<br />Melius & Raymond Melius,to be equally divided among them share and share alike. My daughter
<br />Anna Lacey not having been heard from for over seven years I consider dead.
<br />Fourth - I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Beulah Melius my home place South half
