<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Mary Bosselman, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 21st day of July,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Mamie Bosselman,Administratrix of the estate of Mary Bosselman,deceased,and upon her
<br />petition for the settlement of said estate and her discharge herein,and the Court having
<br />examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and
<br />legal notice has been given to all parties of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon
<br />said report and petition,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court,having examined
<br />said report,together with the vouchers onfile,finds that said report is true and correct
<br />in all things,that the said Administratrix has fully accounted for all of the estate of
<br />said deceased,and made due distribution thereof,and that said report ought to be approved
<br />and allowed as and for the final report of said Administratrix,said estate settled and
<br />closed and said Administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the ti
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,and that the time so
<br />fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such
<br />there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against
<br />said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary Bosselman was a widow at the time of her
<br />death,and that she left surviving her,as her heirs at law,and her only heirs at law,the
<br />following named persons: Charles Bosselman,a son,Rosa Kuehner,Mattie Loeffelbein,and Mamie
<br />Bosselman,daughters.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary Bosselman died seized as owner,by fee simple
<br />t.itle,of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of
<br />Nebraska,to- wittthe westerly twenty -two (22) feet of Lot Two (2),and the easterly twenty -two
<br />(22) feet of Lot .Three (3),in Block Eight (9),in H.G.Clark's Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, and that under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska at the time of the death
