<br />January 1926, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and test -went of the real and personal estate of said William E.

<br />WILLIAM E.MARTIN, DECEASED
<br />On this 28th day of July, 1926, this matter came on to be heard upon the petition of
<br />tettie M.Martin, as executrix of the will and estate of t.he! deceased, for final settlement
<br />)f said estate, and her discharge as the representative thereof, and her report and account, any
<br />;he evidence, and was submitted to the court, and the court finds:
<br />That this is the time and place designated for the hearing of said petition, report
<br />end account in this matter, and that due notice thereof has been given as provided and required
<br />>y law and the order of this court.
<br />That William E.Martin died testate, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 7th
<br />.ay of December, 1925; that by proceedings duly instituted and had in this court, the will of
<br />he deceased was, on the 14th day of January, 1926 duly examined, proved, probated and ordered
<br />ecorded as such, and that said will, with a proper certificate of probate attached thereto, is
<br />ow on file in this court and matter.
<br />That an order was duly made and entered herein by the court fixing and limiting the
<br />ime within which claims might be filed against said estate and ordering that dte and proper
<br />iotice thereof be given as provided and required by law, and that any and all claims not filed
<br />.n this matter within said time should be barred; that due and proper notice of said order, and
<br />o the creditors of the deceased, has been given as provided by law and the order of the court;
<br />hat no claims have been filed herein, and all claims should be barred; that all costs of this
<br />proceeding have been paid.
<br />That the deceased left surviving him as his next of kin and heirs at law, the
<br />ollowing named and described persons: Nettie M.Martin, widow of the deceased, Doniphan, Nebr.
