<br />The North -half (NI) of the North -west quarter (NAP+ of Seethn Eighteen (18),in Township Eleven
<br />(11),North of Range Seven (7) 'Nest of the 6th P.M.,in Hamilton County,Nebraska;and Lots One
<br />(1),Two (2),Three (3),Four (4),and Five (5),in Block Eight (8),in 'Nest Park Addition to Grant
<br />Island,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that under the law of Descent of Real Estate in the State of Nebraska alli'of
<br />the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said
<br />Axel Fredrickson,in the manner following:
<br />One -third part thereof to Mary Fredrickson, his widow, in absolute title; Two - thirds part thereof
<br />to Florence Fredrickson,Lillie Fredrickson and Aldie Fredrickson,his daughters,in equal
<br />shares and in absolute title,subject,however,to the homestead right of the said Mary Fred-
<br />rickson,in and to said real estate.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the estate of said deceased was not subject to inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the administratrix of the
<br />estate of Axel Fredrickson,deceased,be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and
<br />for her final acc%nt,and receipts of the heirs for their respective shares in the personal
<br />property,having been filed,she is discharged of her trust.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred,prd,-
<br />eluded and concluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of A *el
<br />Fredriekson,deceased,and_that said estate is closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,tha.t all of the above mentioned]
<br />and described real estate owned by the said Axel Fredrickson,did pass and descend at his deatgh,
<br />under the provisions of the Law of Descent of Real Property in the State of Nebraska, in the 1i
<br />manner following:
