<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />AXEL FREDRICKSON,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 29th day of May, 1926, this cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of Mary Fredrickson, Administratrix of the estate of Axel Fred-
<br />rickson, deceased, pursuant of notice to all persons interested in the estate of said deceas-
<br />ed, of the filing of said report and of the time appointed for final settlement of said estat
<br />and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that no one has appeared to object to or
<br />rot h
<br />protest against e ag t t e allowance of the account of said administratrix.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />to be allowed; that the administratrix has received from all sources the sum of $2257.19, and
<br />that she has paid out for expense of the last sickness,funeral charges,taxes, and expenses
<br />of administration, the sum of $1237.43, leaving in her hands for distribution the sum of
<br />$1019.76.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that by former order of Court, creditors were allowed 3 months from
<br />and after the 15th day of February,1926, in which to file their claims in the office of the
<br />County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, and that notice as required by law was given to all
<br />creditors of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that
<br />I
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against
<br />said estate, if any such exist, are therefore, forever barred and excluded.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Axel Fredrickson departed this life,intestate, on the 12th day
<br />of December,1925, and that he was immediately preceding his death a. resident and inhabitant
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska. THE COURT FINDS that the said Axel Fredrickson left surviving him as
<br />his heirs -at -law and his only heirs- at- law,the following named persons; Mary Fredrickson,his
<br />widow,and Florence Fredrickson ,Lillie,Fredrickson,and Aldie Fredrickson,
