<br />All of the rest,residue,and remainder of my property and estate of every kind and nature,
<br />real,personal,and mixed,not hereinbefore specifically bequeathed or devised,I give,devise,
<br />and bequeath,in equal shares to my said sons,William P.Mankin and John A.Mankin,and direct
<br />that in case of the death of either of them prior to my death,leaving issue or descendants
<br />him suriving,then in such case his share shall not lapse,but shall pass to such issue or des-
<br />centants by right of representation.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I name,nominate,and appoint John Allan,of Grand Island,Nebraska,Executor of this,my last
<br />will and testament.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF J have hereunto signed my name to this instrument,consisting of two
<br />pages,both identified by my signature thereon,on this 4th day of October,1921.
