<br />such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or assert -

<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the administrator,
<br />The Grand Island Loan and Trust Company of Grand Island,Nebraska,of the estate of Emma Frahl,
<br />deceased,be and the same is hereby allowed and approved as and for its final report,and said
<br />administrator is hereby.discharged and its bond released and said estate is hereby settled
<br />and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of Emma Frahl, deceased, if any such-there be,are forever barred,enjoined
<br />and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against *aid estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate described as follows:
<br />The northerly one -third of Lots ;One (1) and Two C2) in Block Four (4) in the Original
<br />Town,now City,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />The southwest quarter of Lot 161,Section F,Grand Island Cemetery,Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />did pass and descend,under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska,at the death of said
<br />Emma Frahl,deceased,to her sole and only heir at law,Helena Wagner,in fee simple.
