1(V <br />of said Fritz Peers,deoeased,and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to said The <br />Grand Island Loan and Trust Company,Executor,as named in said will,and it duly qualified <br />as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the <br />time and place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate and that the <br />time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate,tf any <br />such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims <br />against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Fritz Peers died seized as the owner in fee simple of <br />the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and state of Nebraska: <br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lots Three (3),Four (+),Five (5) and Six (6), <br />in Block One (1)2Dawn Addition; <br />Block One (1) of Giese's South Lawn Addition; <br />Both being additions to the City of Grand Island Hall County,Nebraska,and located in the <br />southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 20,Township 11,Range 9 West of the 6th <br />P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska; <br />All of Block Two (2) of Giese's South Lawn Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall <br />County,Nebraska. <br />That by the terms of said last will and testament of said Fritz Peers,deceased,all of <br />said real estate,a.nd the interest of said Fritz Peers in and to said real estate,passed and <br />descended to Carsten Peers and Mathilda Peers,share and share alike,in fee simple. <br />The Court further finds that all of the <br />personal property has been distributed to said <br />Carsten Peers and Mathilda Peers as provided in said last will and testament of Fritz Peers, <br />deceased. <br />The Court further finds that said estate was notsubject to inheritance tax under the <br />laws of the state of Nebraska,and further finds that said Executor has paid the funeral ex- <br />penses and all debts allowed against said estate and that the costs of this proceeding have <br />been paid. <br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of The <br />Grand Island Loan and Trust Company,Executor of the last will and testament of Fritz Peers, <br />deceased,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for its final report,said <br />estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executor is discharged and its bond is hereby <br />`released. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the <br />i <br />last will and- testament of said Fritz Peers,deceased,the absolute title to the following des - <br />cribed real estate,to -wit: I <br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lots Three (3),Four (4),Five (5),and Six (6),in ji <br />Block One (1) of Dawn Addition, <br />j, <br />Block One (1) of Giese's South Lawn Addition, ;! <br />both being additions to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and located in the <br />southeast quarter of the southwestquarter of Section 20,in Township 11,Range 9 West of the � <br />6th P.M.,in Hall Co�inty,Nebraska; <br />All of Block Two (2) of Giese's South Lawn Addition to the City of Grand Isla.nd,Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />i <br />passed and descended to Carsten Peers and Mathilda Peers,under the last will and testament of <br />said Fritz Peere,deceased. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />
