<br />Fritz Peers,deeeased.

<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do
<br />certify that on the 11" day,of March 1925,the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Fritz Peers,deoeased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the -61� day
<br />of April 1925,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Fritz
<br />Peere,deeeased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 10 day of Apri1,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />The Grand Island Loan and Trust Company,Executor of the last will and testament of Fritz
<br />Peers,deceased,and upon its petition for a final settlement of said estate and its discharge
<br />from its bond herein and the Court having examined the report,the records and files in said
<br />estate and being duly advi$ed in the premises,finds that due and 1 al notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said
<br />final report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no onewappearing to object to said final report and the Court having examined the same
<br />together with the vounhers on file and the testimony in support thereof,and being duly advise
<br />in the premises,the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought
<br />to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of The Grand Island Loan and Trust
<br />Company,Executor of the last will and testament of Fritz Peers,deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fritz Peers departed this life on the 6th day of March,
<br />1925,at his place of residence in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court - further finds that on the 11th day of March,1925,Mathilda Peers filed in this
<br />Court her duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument pur.
<br />proting to be the last will and testament of said Fritz Peers,deceased,that the Court thereup
<br />fixed the 6th day of April,1925,as the date for making proof of said will and due notice of t
<br />filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by
<br />the Court in the manner provided by law,and on the 6th day of April,1925,said instrument was
