<br />Two (2) of said Section Four (4) and being all that part of the West half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of said Section lying north of Wood River;
<br />Lot 1 72 in Section ,Row 7 in the Cemetery of the City of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of the said William Stratmann,deoeased,all of the above mentioned and described real estate
<br />_
<br />did pass and descend at the death of the said William Stratmann to his widow Wiebke Stratmann
<br />In absolute title and the court accordingly awards it to her.
