<br />legacies provided for in the last will and testament of the said Frederick D.Haldeman have
<br />been paid by the said executor,and that the said legatees have duly assigned the said legaci
<br />and all interest in the said estate,to the said Beene O.Haldeman,who is the same person as K
<br />Oliver Haldeman;that the original of the said assignments are now on file in the Superioll Co
<br />of the State of California in and for the County of Alameda, in the matter of the said estate
<br />and that duly certified copies of the said assign merits are on file herein;that the said Kee
<br />O.Haldeman has waived in writing in his said final account all claim upon'the assets of the_I
<br />said estate in the State of Nebraska on account of the said legacies so assigned to him.That
<br />of the personal property belonging to the said estate in the State of Nebraska there remains)
<br />the sum of $1255.71 in cash,as shown by the said final account,and also capital stock of the
<br />Ord Drainage Company of Ord,Nebraska,of the par value of $100.00.That by the terms of the lac
<br />will and testament of the said Frederick D.Haldeman,deoeased,duly admitted to probate herein,
<br />all of the said personal estate should be duly assigned and set over to the said Keene 0.
<br />Haldeman,as sole legatee.
<br />That there remains in the possession of the said executor the following described real esj�Lte
<br />in the State of Nebraska,belonging to the said estate,to -wit:
<br />All'of the southeast quarter of section 20,township ll,north of range 10,weet of the 6th
<br />P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />All of lots 7 and 6,in block 22,of the Original Townsite of Ord,Valley County, Nebraska.
<br />The south half of lots 3 and 4 and allof lots 5 , 6 , 7 , and d , of block 35 of the Original T
<br />site of Ord,Valley County,Nebraska
<br />All of lots 7 and $,block 10,Hillside Addition to Ord,Valley County,Nebraska.
<br />All of the west 25 feet (otherwise known as Division "Da) of lot 2,block 28,of the
<br />Townsite of Ord,Valley County,Nebraska.
<br />All of lot 3 of block 28,of the Original Townsite of Ord,Valley County,Nebraska.
<br />Division "E" of lot 41 of the Ord Cemetery.
<br />It is therefore ordered and decreed that the said final account of the said Keene 0.
<br />Executor of the said estate,be approved and allowed and that he be discharged from his trust
<br />and all liability upon his executor's bond released;that all of the real and personal proper
<br />hereinbefore described be assigned and set over unto the said Keene O.Haldeman as provided
<br />said last will and testament,in fee simple.
