<br />Now on this 12th day of Apri1,1926 this cause came on for hearing upon the final account
<br />of Beene O.Ha.ldeman,Exeoutor of the said estate,and his petition for distribution,and the
<br />said hearing was thereupon duly adjourned until April 23,1926. Thereafter on April 23,1926
<br />the said cause came'on for hearing as aforesaid,the said Beene O.Haldeman being present in
<br />open court by Davis & Davis,Attorneys for the said estate;thereaupon evidence was duly in-
<br />troduoed and the court being fully advised in the premises finds that all persons interested
<br />in the said estate have been duly notified as required by law and the order of the oourt,and
<br />after a full examination of the said final account,the court finds that the same is true and
<br />correct in all respects and ought to be allowed.
<br />The court further finds that all debts,claims and demands against the said estate,all all.
