That the deceased at the time of his death was the owner and in possession of the followinj described real estate,to —wit: Lot #1,Section 33,township 9,Range 12,containing 40.10 acres. Lot #2,and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27,township 9,Range 12,containing 70.75 acres. Lot l,excepting the east 13.78 acres,of Section 34,township 9,range 12,containing 51.67 a es. The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33,township 9,range 12,containing 80 acres. Lot #8 of Section 28,township 9,range 12,containing 17.42 acres,all in Hall County,Nebraska. That the deceased and his wife Flora W.Lockwood for .many years prior to and &t the time of the death of the deceased,made their home and resided upon Lot #2 and the Southwest Qm rte1� of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27,township 9,range 12,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that tie same constituted and was their statutory homestead,and that all of said real estate should be``; in accordance with the will of the deceased,assigned to the widow of the deceased,Flora W. Lockwood. That notice has been given to Hall County,Nebraska,of the fact of the closing of this estate, and that the court would determine and fix the amount of inheritance tax chargeable to said estate and upon the right of the widow of the d eceased,as sole legatee and devisee,to have,,.` take and receive the assets of said estate,and the court finds That the personal property owned by the deceased at the time of his death was of the fair and reasonable value of 7,522.17,and that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of his death was of the fair and reasonable market talue of $29,043,20;that the total fair reasonable market value of all of the assets of the deceased at the time of his death was them sum of 35,567.37;that the widow of the deceased is entitled to exemptions in the following at.ounts; Amount specifically exempt by statute $10,000.00 Present value of homestead estate 5,000.00 Widow's inchoate share 11,855.12 Expenses of administration 2,965.84 { That there is due from Flora W.Lockwood inheritance tax on the difference between the amount of the total assets of said estate,as above stated,and the amount of the exemptions above found,or the sum of $5,744.41 as provided by law,or the sum of $57.44 and that said amount ha been paid;that the total value of the assets of said estate is less than the sum of $50,0 -00.06 and it or any part thereof is not liable for any Federal war estate tax. Th &t the report and account of the executor filed herein is true,full and correct,and that,' the net amount of cash remaining in the hands of the executor at the time said report was filed was the sum of 4,631.83,and that there has since been paid by the executor the costs of this proceeding,$65.50;and said inheritance tax of $57.44,and that he is entitled to credit therefor; that there remains in the hands of the executor the sum of $4,508.89,which should be distributed and paid to Flora W.Lockwood,the widow of the deceased,under and in accordance with the terms; of the will of the deceased;that the said Flora W.Lockwood,widow of the deceased,is the sole legatee and devisee of the deceased,and all of the remaining assets of said estate should be dis- tributed and assigned to her. That the executor should be discharged and relieved of his liability and responsibility in reference to this matter and because of his having acted as such and his bond cancelled and his bondsmen relieved of any liability or responsibility herein. IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: That the matters heretofore stated in the findings and each of them are hereby decreed to be true. That any and all claims not heretofore filed herein be and they are hereby forever barred;that the amount due from Flora W.Lockwood as state inheritance tax be and it is hereby fixed and
