<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE.
<br />AUGUST BECKER,DECEASED.

<br />Now on this 12th day of Jan uary,1926,this cause came on to be heard upon the fire 1 report
<br />of Emelia Becker and Alfred Becker,administrators of the estate of August Becker,deceased,
<br />following due notice by publication to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased of
<br />the filing of said report and of the time fixed for-final settlement of said estate,and no one
<br />having appeared to protest against the allowance of said report.
<br />After a full examination thereof the court finds that said administrators have fully accounted
<br />for all of said estate coming into their hands or under their control and that their report is
<br />correct in all respects and ought to be approved;that the said administrators have received from
<br />all sources the sum of $6557.36 and have paid out and distributed the sum of $6751.36 and that'
<br />there remins no money or other personal property in their possession for distribution.
<br />The court ft.rids that notice hs required by law was given to all persons having claims against
<br />said deceased or his estate to file the same in the office of the county judge of Hall County,'.
<br />Nebraska,within three months from and after the 9th day of March,1925,as required by order of
<br />court dated February 7,19252such notice having been published for four successive weeks in the
<br />GRAND ISLAND HERALD:THAT THE TINE ALLOWED FOR FILING CLAIMS HAS FULLY EXPIRED and that all claims
<br />outstanding against said deceased or his estate,if any such a xist,and not filed within the time
<br />allowed for filing claims,are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />The court finds that the said August Becker departed this life on the 1st day of January,1925,
<br />intestate,and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that the said August Becker left survin .him as his heirs at law,and his orjly
<br />heirs at law the following named persons:
<br />Emelia Becker,his widow,and Alfred Becker,Matilda Becker,Bertha Becker,Bernhard Becker and!
<br />Walter Becker,his children.
<br />The court further finds that the. said August Becker died possessed in fee of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
