<br />Now on this 7 day of May,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Sophie
<br />Stolley,heretofore filed herein,praying for a settlement of the estate of said deceased,a
<br />determination of theheirs of said deceased and degree of kinship and the right of descent
<br />of;her real estate,said petitioner being represented by Horth,Cleary & Suhr,her attorneys,
<br />and it appearing from the proof on file that due and legal notice of publication in "The
<br />Grand Island Independent ",a legal newspaper printed in Hall County,Nebraska,for three (3)
<br />successive weeks as by law and the order of this Court required,has been given to all cred-
<br />itors,heirs -at -law and persons interested in said estate,of the filing of said Petition and
<br />the time and place for hearing thereof,which time was more than 30 days and less then 60
<br />days after the filing of said Petition,and there being no objeotions thereto,said cause
<br />was duly submitted to the Court on said Petition and the evidence of the Petitioner in support
<br />thereof,and the Court being duly advised in the premises finds that the allegations in said
<br />in said Petition are true ;that the said Barbara Lauber died intestate in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />on the 3" day of November,1917,and at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant
<br />of the said Hall County Nebraska;that more than two years have elapsed since her death and
<br />no application has been filed in the State of Nebraska,or elsewhere,for the appointment of an
<br />Administrator of her estate,nor petition filed therefor and that no administmation.has.been...
<br />had upon her said estate at any place.
<br />The Court finds that the said deceased left surviving her as her sole and only heirs -at-
<br />law,the following named sons and daughters,all being of legal age,to -wit:
<br />Frank Lauber of Burlington,Iowa.
<br />Sophie Stolley of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Robert A.Lauber of Walaceburg,Ontario.
<br />Emily Blaise of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Carrie Lauber of Anaheim,California.
<br />Albert B.Lauber,of Grand Island)Nebraska.
<br />Flora Lauber of Anaheim,California.
<br />That said deceased died,beized as the owner of an estate of Inheritance in and to the fol
