<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,Fannie L.Allan of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last
<br />Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills,if any,by me made:
<br />FIRST : -I desire that all my just debts,the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and
<br />the costs of the administration of my estate be first paid.
<br />SECOND : -I give and bequeath to each of my three children,Leo G.Allan,Elsie M.Allan and
<br />Rex J.Allan,the sum of one thousand 00/100 Dollars,making in all the sum of 01000.00.
<br />THIRD: -All the rest and residue of my estate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever found,
<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband,John Allan,to be his absolutely.
<br />FOURTH : -I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband,John Allan,sole executor of this
<br />my last Will and Testament,and I desire that he be not required to give surety on his bond
<br />as such executor,and I hereby give and grant unto him,as such executor,full power and author-
<br />ity to sell and convey any property,including real estate,of which I may die seized,without
<br />the authority or order of any court.
