<br />therein a hearing was had on said date and letters of administration were issued to said
<br />Herman Helmbrecht and he duly qualified as administ*ator in the manner and form provided by law.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate and that the time so fixed has fully
<br />expired and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any there besare forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting,up, or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Mary Helmbrecht died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate situate in Hall County,Nebraska:
<br />The north half of the southeast quarter of Section Two (2),Township Twelve (12);Range Ten:
<br />(10) 'test of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Court further finds that said Mary Helmbrecht left surviving hersas her sole and only
<br />heirs at law,the following sons and daughters:
<br />Caroline Wendte,aged 60,Dietrich,Illinois,
<br />Henry Helmbreoht;aged 55,Route #5.,Grand Island,Nebr.,
<br />August C.Helmbrecht,aged 52,Route fl St.Litory,Nebr.,
<br />Mary G.Pollock,aged 49,Grand Islandstebraskas
<br />George Helmbrecht,aged 46.,DietriohIllinois,
<br />Herman H61mbreoht.aged 42,St.Libory.Nebraska,
<br />Louis Helmbrecht,aged 39,St.Libory,Nebraska,
<br />Fred Helmbrecht,aged 33,St.Libory,,Nebraska.
<br />The Court farther finds that one John Helmbrecht was a son of said Mary Helmbrecht,deceasod;
<br />that he was last seen by relatives and friends.on or about the 27 day of February,1909,in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska;that he was at that time a single man;that he has not been heard from nor seon
<br />by anyone of his relatives since said date,,and that every effort has been made by the relatives
<br />to locate him,and the Court finds that said John Helmbrecht,being absent and unheard of for 4
<br />period of more than seven years,is de&4and left no other heirs at law surviving him then the
<br />heirs at law-of Mary Helmbreoht,deceased,herein named.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is.not subject to an in#eritanoe tax under the laws
<br />of the state of Nebraska and that all debts and claims have been paidsinoluding funeral ex-
<br />penses,the expenses of last sickness,and administration of the estate have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no personal property in the hands of the Adminis-
<br />trator for distribution.
<br />IT ISITHEREFORZIORDEREDIADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Herman,
<br />Helmbrecht.administratorlbesand the same is hereby approved and allowed a&�and for his final
<br />report and that said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administrator is discharged and
<br />released from his bond,
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDL?ZD;ADJUDGED AND DECREED that John Helmbrecht,a son of Mary Helmbrecht,
<br />deoeased,is dead,and has been dead for more than seven years last pastand that he left no heirs
<br />at law other than Mary Helmbrecht,now deoeased,and the sons and daughters of Mary Helmbreohti,
<br />deceased,and hereinbefore named.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska,
<br />the real estate belonging to said deceasedand described as follows:
<br />The North half of the southeast quarter in Section Two (2),Township Twelve (12),Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County.Nebraska.
<br />Passed and descended as follows:
