<br />against said deceased not so giled,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and ex-
<br />oluded;that no claims of any nature were filed or allowed against said estate.
<br />It is,therefore,00nsidered by the court that the report of said executor be and the same
<br />hereby is approved and allowed and his bond is released.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and precluded
<br />from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of Lottie Burmood,deceased,and that
<br />said estate is closed.
<br />The court further finds that the said Lottie Burmood departed this life on the 13th day of.'
<br />Apri1,1923,being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Wood RiverHall County,
<br />Nebraska,and that she left a last will and testament which instrument was,on the 9th day of
<br />June,1923,duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this court,after due notice as re-
<br />quired by law,and was recorded in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said Lottie Burmood was at the time of her death the owner in gee,
<br />of the following described real estate situate in-the- County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to
<br />wit: Lots Three (3),Four (4) and Nine (9),in Block Fifteen (15) in the Village of flood River,snd
<br />that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament all of said real
<br />estate did pass and descend at her death to peter Burmood,her husband,for his use and benefit1'
<br />during the term of his natural life,and that at his death the said real estate passes and des
<br />oends to Sarah Agnes Wiggins,Edna Beehler,William Burmood,Roy E.Burmood and Esther Laura Tibbits,
<br />in equal shares and in absolute title,each of said legatees taking an undivided one -fifth interest
<br />therein.
<br />The court further finds that the said Lottie Burmood held title to said real estate under doed
<br />executed to her in 1592 as Nanev C.Burmood.
<br />It is,therefore CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that-all of the right ,title
<br />and interest of Lottie Burmood in and to Llts Three (3),Four (4) and Nine (19),in Block Fifteen
<br />(15),in the Village of Wood River,in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at her death,
<br />under the provisions of her last will and testament ,to Peter Burmood for the term of his net.:
<br />ural life,and that at his death the said real estate descends to Sarah Agnes Wiggins,Edna
<br />Beehler,'William Burmood,Roy E.Burmood and Esther Laura Tibbits,saoh taking an undivided one -fifth
<br />interest therein,and the court awards it to them.

<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal
<br />and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
