<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I,Lottie Burmood of Wood River,Hall Oounty,Nebraska,beinlg
<br />of sound mind and disposing memory,do make,publish and declare,this my last will and testamezrit
<br />in the manner and form following:
<br />1.I direct that all my 'Just debts and funeral expenses and expenses of my last sickness bd
<br />first paid by my executor hereinafter named,as soon as convenient after my death.
<br />ll.I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved husband,Peter Burmood,all of my house hold fl*-
<br />niture and fixtures and personal effects contained in our home at the time of my death.
<br />111.I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved husband,Peter Burmood,Lets Three (3) and Fourl
<br />(4) and Nine (9) in Block Fifteen (15) in the town of Wood River,Hall County,Nebraska.fThe abibve
<br />described property being the same property deeded to me by David D.O'Kane on September 6th,1$02,
<br />and which deed was executed to me as Nancy O.Burmood).The said Peter Burmood to have the rents,
<br />income and use of the said premises during his natural life. After the death of the said Peter
<br />Burmood,I give,devise and bequeath the above described premises as follows:
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest to my beloved daughter Sarah Agnes Wiggins;
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest to my beloved grand daughter Edna Beehler;
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest to my beloved son William Burmood;
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest to my beloved son,Roy E.Burmood; .
<br />And an undivided 1/5 interest to my beloved daughter Esther Laura Tibbits,they to have the
<br />same in said shares absolutely and forever.
<br />1V.I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved grandson,Elmer Beehles he sum of Five Dollars

<br />V.I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved husband the life use of all other property of which
<br />I die possessed and at his death,I direct that it shall be divided equally among the following;
<br />Edna Beehler;William Burmood,Roy E.Burmood;Esther Laura Tibbits;and Sarah Agnes Wiggins in equal
<br />shares. In the event of the death of any of the above named children or grandchildren,leaving
<br />issue,I direct that their share shalh not lapse,but shall bepaid to their surviving children
