<br />The Court further finds that Lydia Witmer,daughter of the said deceased and named in the
<br />proceedings herein,is one and the same person and identical as Lydia Widmer and that her tmue
<br />name is Lydia Widmer.

<br />The Court further finds that after the payment of all expenses of administering said estato
<br />including court costs and attorney fees,the executor of said estate has on hand anVin his poss-
<br />ession the sum of 01,531.88 as shown by the final report filed herein,for distribution among
<br />the heirs of-said deceased in a ccordance with the terms and provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of the said deceased,and that said sum of $531.88 should be paid to the following
<br />named persons in the amounts set opposite their respective names,towit:

<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due or payable in said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Daniel K.Conrad left hire surviving as his sole and
<br />only heirs at law and the only persons interested in his estate,Iagdalenq Conrad,his widow;
<br />John W.Conrad,his sontSa.rah Wenger,his daughter,Mary Jantzi,his daughter;Susie Schlatter,his
<br />daughter;and Lydia Widmer,his daughter, and that the said Magdalena Cor_rad,widow
<br />of said deceased departed this as hereina.bove set forth.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />THAT the said final administration account is hereby settled,allowed and approved as filedithat
<br />the money and the personal property belon >_ ing to said estate be paid out and delivered to the
<br />persons heretofore found entitled to the same,to be held by them as heretofore found.
<br />THAT the court costs have been fully paid.
<br />It is further ORDERED,ADJUDGEDAND DECREED by the Court that the said Daniel K.Conrad,deceased,
<br />departed this life as hereinabove found,lea.ving a last will and testament ,which has been duly
<br />admitted to probate in this Court,tnd that all of the property and estate of which the said
<br />deceased died seised and possessed,both reel and pexsonal,descended at the time of his death
<br />under the terms and provisions of his said last will and testament,which is hereby referred to
<br />and made a part hereof as fully as if set cut at length herein.
<br />It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that each of the findings herein- !,
<br />above rude should be and they 'are hereby made a part of the decree of this Court as fully as
<br />if set out at length herein.
<br />It is further Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed,that upon the payment of the money and delivery
<br />of the personal p oy erty as aforesaid,and upon the teturn of the proper vouchers and upon
<br />complying with this order and decree,and upon the approval of the same by this Court,a dis-
<br />charge be issued.
