<br />NOW,on this 12th day, of March,1926,this cause coming on to be heard on the petition for
<br />7,�
<br />final settlement of the estate of Daniel K.Conrad deceased,on the final administration accoun
<br />of the executor of said estate,and the evidence,was submitted to the Court,on consideration
<br />whereof the Court finds;
<br />THAT,on the 3rd day of March,1925,John W.Conrad,executor of said estate of said deceased,
<br />filed in this Court his final administration account and a petition praying that said account
<br />be settled and allowed;that said estate be distribut dAb w,and that a discharge be issued,
<br />and that for these purposes a time and place be assigned for hearing said petition,and ex-
<br />amining and settling said account,and that notice be given thereof as the law directs.
<br />THAT,on the 3rd day of !�a,rch,1926,an order of Court was made assigning the 12th day of
<br />Uarch,1526,at 9 o'clock A.11.,at the County Court of Seward County,Nebra.ska,as the time and
<br />place for hearing said petition and examining and settling said accuunt,and requiring that
<br />notice of said hearing be given to all persons interested by publishing a notice thereof in t
<br />Milford Review a legal newspaper printed and of general circulation in said County one issue

<br />prior to said day of hearings.
<br />!� That notice of tae hearing has been duly given as required by the order of this Court,and
<br />due proof of the publication thereof made and filed "herein.
<br />That the find administration account is in all respects true and correct,that due notice
<br />to creditors has been given that no claims have been filed in said estate all claims a .nd debt
<br />(� not filed forever barred,and that said estate is fully solvent.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Daniel K.Conrad,deceased,departed this life while a
<br />resident of Seward Co;uaty,Nebraska,on the 18th day of February,1521 leaving a last will and
<br />testa?:ent,which has been duly admitted to probate in this Court,and that all of the property
<br />and estate of which the said deceased died seised and possessed,deoended at the timle of his
<br />death,u7der the terms and provisions of his said last will and testament ,which is hereby
<br />referred to and made a part hereof as fully as if set out at length herein.
<br />The Court furt-rer finds that the said Daniel K.Conrad,deceased,died seised and possessed
<br />the following described real estate,towit;Northeast Quarter (NEB) of Northeast Quarter (NE-1)

<br />and the South Half (S�) of the Northeast Quarter (NE-4 and the North Half (N1) of the North
<br />Half (N) of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -nine (29) Township Eleven (11),Range
<br />!� Eleven (11) situate in Hall County,Nebraska;Lots Five and Six (5 & 6) in Block T1.ree (3) in
<br />Stiveasey's First Addition to 1.11ilf ord,Seward County, Nebraska; Lots Three and Four (3 & 4) in
<br />is
<br />Block Eight (8) in Milford,Seward County,Nebraska;that the said deceased died seised and
<br />possessed of the personal property as :mentioned and described in the inventory filed herein,
<br />which is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as if set out at length herein.
<br />!; The Court further finds that Magdalena Conrad,widow of the said deceased,never remarried
<br />it after the death of the said Daniel. K.Conrad,deceased,and that the said Magdalena Conrad,
<br />departed this life intestate while a. resident of Seward County,Nebra.ska, at her home in Mil-

<br />ford,Nebra.ska,on December 20 ,19224-; that in the various proceedings herein the name of Sarah
<br />Wenger,daughter of the said deceased, appears also as Sarah Wengar,and that they are one and
<br />the same person and identica.l,and that her true name is Sarah Wenger.
<br />j The Court further finds that Susie Slater,da.ughter of the said deceased and named in the
<br />proceedings herein,is one and the same person as Susie Schla.tter and that her true name is
<br />
