<br />The court further finds that the said Frank P.Buehner,died possessed in fee of the follow -«
<br />ing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -vrit
<br />An undivided one -third interest in mad to Lot Nine (9) in Bloch Nine (9) in H.G.Cla.rk's
<br />Addition to Grand Island,and that under and by virtue of the law of descent of real estate in
<br />the State of Nebraska,all of theright,title and interest of the said Frank P.Buehner in and to
<br />said real estate did pass and descend at his death in the manner followings
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest therein to Arth r Ray Buehner;
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest therein to Louis G.Buehern;
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest therein to Pearl M.Sheffield;
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest therein to Annie Laura Clark,
<br />and
<br />An undivided 1/5 interest therein to Frank Hack,Ralph Hack and Myrtle Hack,in equal shares,
<br />all of said heirs twin; subject to the unpaid claims allowed against the estate of said
<br />deceased.
<br />It is ,therefore,CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AY D DECREED by the Court that all of the right,title and
<br />interest of Frank P.Buehner in and to Lot 9,in Block 9,in H.G.Clark -1.8 Addition to Grand Is-
<br />land,in Hall County,Nebra..ska,did pass and descend at his death,under the law of descent of the
<br />State of Nebr2_ska,as follows: One fifth interest therein to Arthur Ray Buehner,One fifth in-,,
<br />texest therein to Louis G.Buehner,One fifth interest therein to Pearl M.Sheffield,One fifth
<br />interest therein to Annie Laura 041ark,and One fifth interest therein::to Frank Hack,Ralph Hack,
<br />and .yrtle Hack,share and share alike,all of said beneficiaries taking subject to the indebt
<br />edness found to exist against the estate of said deceased,and said property is accordingly
<br />awarded to them.
