FINAL DECREE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTYINEBRASKA.
In the Matter of the estate
of FINAL DECREE.:
Frank P.Buehner,BBeceased.
Now on this 27th day of %arch,1926,this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
of S.C.Huston,Ad:ninistrator of the estate of Frank P.Buehner, deceased, and it appearing to the
satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that notice as required_by law and by
order of court, was given to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased by publica-
tion and that no one has appeared to protest against the allowance of said report.
On examination thereof the court finds that said administrator has accounted for all of
said estate coming into his hands or under his control and that there remains no money or
other personal property in his possession;that his report is correct in all respects and
ought to be allowed as and for his final account.
The court finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased
as to the tiiie allowed for filing claims against his esta.te,and of the place appointed for
filing clai,r.is against said estate,a.nd that the time allowed for filing claims has fully ex-
pired;tha.t all claims - outstanding against said deceased or his estate not so filed,if any suc
there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded;that all claims filed and allowed against
said estate have been paid and satisfied except the claim of G.14.01a.rk,in the sum of $96.30,
and the claim of O'Loughlin Livingston Company, underta.kers,in the sum of $250.00,and that the
estate is indebted to these claimiants in the sum lamed .
It is,therefore, considered by the court that the report of S.C.Hustcn,administrator,be and
the sane hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and his bond is released.
It is further consdered by the court that all persons are forever barred and precluded f
filing or setting Wp any claims or demands against the estate of Frank P.Burh ner, deceased.
The court finds that the said Frank P.Burhner, depatted this life on the twenty first day o
February,1925,that he was at the ti:ie of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
Nebra.ska, and that he died intestate leaving surviving him as his heirs at law,a_nd his only
heirs at law,the following naaiied persons;
