<br />WAIVER of final notice filed.
<br />DECREE of court entered April 26th,1923,finding that interested parties have waived notice
<br />of hearing. That the account exhibited by said. executors is corr,7,ct and they have accounted for
<br />all the assets of said estate.
<br />Ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of Isaac X.Renninger and Walter S-Ashton,exe-
<br />cutors of the last will and. testament of Annie Vii. Steven be and is approved as and for their
<br />final report.
<br />Court finds that notice to creditors has been given,all claims filed paid,court costs paid!,
<br />costs of administration and claims not filed are barred.
<br />Court finds that there has been paid to said executors in cash,the sum of $20,566.41. That
<br />after paying bills against said estate there was left the sum of $18,596.19 for distribution
<br />end there has been paid the following legacies.

<br />Court finds that Annie 'I. Steven departed this life testate,December 15th,1922,that her will
<br />was admitted to probate January 12th,1923.
<br />RECEIPTS in the files in proper form in full for all legacies as provided in the will of
<br />deceased.
<br />ORDER of court entered May llth,1923,that Walter S. Ashton and Isaac K. Henninger be and- they
<br />are confirmed as trustees under said will with the po,.,7in%,r and authority to do all things pro-
<br />vided for in said gill relative to the conset-vation and disposition of the trust estates therein
<br />created and that they be not required to give bond as such trustees.
