LAST WILL OF AY11TIE M. STEVEN. I,Annie M.Steven,of Shelton,Nebra.ska,make and publish this my last will,and I hereby re- voke all former wills executed by me. Item. C ;9 I appoint my brother Isaac K.Henninger and my son in law Walter S.Ashton,exeeutors of this my last will and it is my wish that_ they be permitted to qualifJ: without giving bond. ,fit em. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Catharine Annie 'Tilkinson,my watch. Item. I give and bequeath to my grandson27alter S.Ashton Jr.Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars in cash,payable within six months from the date of my death. Item. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Marjorie J.Wilkinson,Three Thousand ($3000.00) Dollars and to my grand daughter Margaret Wilkinson Two Thousand ($2000) Dollars to bepaid to them when they reach forty years of age respectively.It is my will that this money be in- vested in farm mortgages by Isaac K.Henninger and Walter S.Ashton,as trustees,and the income from each fund be paid to each legatee semi annually until each reaches the age of forty as herein provided when each shall be paid the full amount thereof. Item. I give and bequea, h to my grand daughter,Marjorie J.Wilkinson mylibrary,including all my books. Item . I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter Edna B.Ashton my home place,consisting of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) and the South half of Lot Four (4) in Block Two (2) of Cody's First Add- ition to the Village of Shelton,Nebraska,to have and to hold forever. Item. I give and bequeath to my daughters,LeAnna M.Wilkinson and Edna B.Ashton,all my household furniture ,bedding,clothing,silverware and table linen to be divided equally between them. Item. I give devise and bequeath to Isaac K.Henninger,and Walter S.Ashton,Trustees,one half of the rest and residue of my estate,the other half having been given to my daughter,Edna D. Ashton.It is my will that said trustees convert this part of my estate into cash,if the same has not been converted into cash during my life time,aand that it be invested in good farm mortgages, and the income therefrom be paid semi annually to my daughter Le AnnamwiltLnson for and during the term of her natural life.Upon her death the said trustees shall pay the income to he children,share and share alike.Should any of her children die leaving issue then such issue are to receive the parents share. After the death of my daughter Le AnnaM .Wilkinson,and when each of her children reach the age of forty years then said trustees shall pay to each the principal of this trust fund in the same proportion as the interest has been divided.. among them. The issue of any deceased shall receive the parents share,and if any child dies without issue than his or her share shall go to the surviving children. I have every confidence in the honesty and inter,rity of the above named trustees and it is my request that they bepermitted to handle these trust funds without giving bond,and it is my request that they handle and disburse the same without compensation.In the event that either of the trustees dies before the trust is fully executed then the survivor shall have full authority to carry out the terms of the trust.
