<br />In the matter of the estate. of Annie M.Steven,deceased.
<br />PETITION of Edna B. Ashton and Le Anna ML,.Wilkinson,verified by same parties,, in due form,filed,
<br />December 21st,1922,alleging that Annie M.Steven,their mother,departed this life in Shelton,,
<br />said CountyDecember 15th,1922.,1eaving a. last will and testament in which Isaac K.Henninger and
<br />Walter S.Ashtonare named as executors,7,hich will is offered for probate and relates to both;,
<br />real end personal property.
<br />That said deceased was at the time of her death,a resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska, and
<br />left surviving her as her only heirs at law,Edna B.Ashton,daughter over 21 and Le Anna M.
<br />Wilkinson,dauEhter,over 21.
<br />Pray the court to appoint a time and place for hearing said will and -hat notice be given :.n
<br />due form and for letters testa,mentrary.
<br />ORDER of court entered December 21st,1922,assigning as the date for hearing said petition.
<br />and proving said will,January 12th,1923,at 9 o'clock A.lLat the County Court Room in Kearney,!.
<br />Nebrpska,and that notice thereof be given to all persons interested by publication of a copy,
<br />of this order for three consecutive weeks prior to said date in the Kearney Hub.
<br />PROOF of publication of notice,filed January 12th,1923.,supported by the affidavit of the pub_,
<br />lisher of the Kearney Hub,a legal daily newspaper of general circulation,published in Kearney, i
<br />in Buffalo ,,County,Nebraska,stating that the notice of which a. true copy is attached,was pub—,
<br />lished in said paper.thre- consecutive reeks,six in each weekcommencing on the 21st day Of IjeC-
<br />ember,1922.
<br />Notice as published, acoording to the copy atta.ched,is as follows:
<br />ORDER FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL.
<br />In the County Court of Buffalo County,Nebra.ska.
<br />On filing the petition of Edna B.Ashton and LeAnna W-ilkinson,praying that the written
<br />instrument filed in said court purporting to be the last will and testament of Annie M.Steven
<br />deceased,be admitted to probate and allowed as the last will of deceased,and execution of said
<br />will and administration of sai-d estate, be granted to Isaac K.Henninger and Walter S. Ashton as
<br />executors,it is hereby ordered that a hearing be had upon said petition in said court on the
<br />12th day of Ja,nuary,1923,at 9 o'clock A.M.at which time and place all persons interested in said
<br />estate are required to appear and show cause,why the prayer of said petition should not be
<br />granted., It is further ordered that notice of said hearing be given to all said persons by
<br />publication of a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing
<br />in the Kearney,Huba legal newspaper published in said county.,

<br />PROOF of subscribing witnesses to said will,taken and filed January 12th,1923.
<br />ORDER of court entered January 12th,1923,in which the instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will end testament of Annie M.Steven,deceased,is proved,approved,allowed and entered to probate,
<br />as and for her last will and testament.That said will is genuine and valid.
<br />That Isaac K.Henninger and Walter S.Ashton have accepted their trust as such executors and
<br />that letters testamentary issue to them as executors.
<br />That creditors be allowed until April 14th,1924 to file their claims and notice be given
<br />to creditors by publication in the Shelton Clipper for four consecutive weeks.
