<br />said estate and that said time has fully expired and that al-1 claims against said estate have
<br />been paid with the exception of the claim of the First National Bank in the sum of $30.00 wit
<br />interest on said sum from March 11,1924 at 10% per annum,and that any claims not filed agains
<br />said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the Estate of the deceased is exempt as the homestead
<br />of his widow,Lizzie Windolph,an d that there are no funds out of which to pay the claim of
<br />the First National Bank,and that said claim does not constitute a lien on the real estate
<br />hereinbefore described.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the Administratrix
<br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed and said Administratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT all claims against said estate with the
<br />exception of the claim of the First National Bank;haae been paid that there are no funds with
<br />which to pay said claim of the First National Bank;that all of the property is exempt as
<br />a homestead of Lizzie Windolph,the wido w,and that said claim together with all claims not
<br />filed against said estate if any such there be,are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Lot Ten (10),in Block Thirteen (13) of
<br />Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall Count y, Nebraska,passed and descended by
<br />virtue of the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska,upon the death of said William Windolpk
<br />to Likzie Windolph,his widow,an undivided one -third (J) part thereof and in addition thereto,
<br />the use and benefit of said property for and during her natural life,and that an undivided
<br />tine -third (1) part thereof passed and descended,subject to the Homestead right of Lizzie
<br />Windolph,to Harold Windolph,and an undivided one -third (J) part thereof,passed and descended,
<br />subject to the homestead right of Lizzie Windolph,to Phyllis Win dolph,all subject;however,to
<br />the lien of Lizzie Windolph,for the sum of $2416.50,advanced by her,and the same is hereby
<br />awarded to them,to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever,said Administratrix dis-
<br />charged,and the estate closed.
