IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM WINDOLPH FINAL DECREE. DECEASED. Now on this 20th.day of February,1926,this matter came on for hearing on the final report of Lizzie Windolph,AdminiStTatTiX Of said estate,after due notice by publication of the time fixed and the place appointed for hearing said report and there being no objections made to such report and the Court having examined the same and being fully advised in the premises finds that said report is in all respects correct and that it should be allowed as and for the final report of such Administtatrix. The Court further finds that William Windolph departed this life on the 16th. dap of June,1924,intestate and that he was at the time of hid death,a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that he left surviving him as his heirs.Lat law and only heirs at law, Lizzie Windolph,his widow2and Harold Windolph and Phyllis Windolph,his children. That at the time of his deathsaid William Windolph was the owner in fee of Lot Ten (10) in Block Thirteen (13) of Schimmer's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Nebraskaxand that at that time.said property was of the fair market value of $3500-00 and that it was encumbered by a real estate mortgage in the sum of $2000.00 and that it was the homestead of the said Will- iam Windolph and his family;that he did not possess any personal property. The Court further finds that the Administratrix has not received any monies from any source belonging to said estate and that she has paid . out of her personal funds the funeral expenses amounting to $352.00,,the Court costs amounting to $39-50 and an attorney's Fee of $25-00P and that she has paid the mortgage on said real estate in the sum of $2000.00,making a total of $2416.50,which the AdministratTix has expended out of her own funds and that she has a lien on the real estate to-wit: Lot Ten (10) in Block Thirteen (13) of Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island;Hall County,Nebraska,for said amount.
