<br />IN THE COUNTY CURT OF BUFFALO COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE TATTER OF THE ESTATE OF F. WILLIAM 11UHLBACH,DECEASED.
<br />DECREE OF FINAL ADMINISTRATION ACCOUNT,AND ORDER FOR TRUSTEE.
<br />Be it remembered that on the 31st,day of October,1917,Em : la L.11uhlbach,administra.trix of said
<br />estate filed herein her final administration of said estate,and her petition praying that this
<br />court settle and allow the same as filed,decree the heirship of said deceased,and discharge
<br />and exonerate her from her said trust.,And on the same day an order of this court was entered
<br />assigning the 3rd,day of December,1917,at 9 o'clock A.M.at the county court room in said county,
<br />as the time and place for hearing said petition and ordering that notice of said hearing be
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate by publication for three weeks prior to said
<br />day of hearing in the Shelton Clipper,a legal newspaper published in said county.
<br />And now on t"i s 3rd, day of Dec ember,1917 at the time and place aforesaid came said petitioner
<br />in person,and no one appearing to object to or appose the prayer of said petition said matter
<br />is submitted to the court upon the pleadings and the evidence adduced. Upon consideration where-
<br />of the court doth find,ord_er and adjudge:
<br />1st.
<br />Thar due and lawful notice of this hearing has been given as required by said order therefor.
<br />That the facts set forth in said petition are true and the prayer there of should be graElted..That
<br />said F. William Muhlbach had his last place of.residonee in said county and there died on the
<br />4th,day of March,1915,intestate,lea,ving him surviving as his heirs at law and next of kin,
<br />his widow,the said Emma L.11,uhlbach,wh6 is the duly qualified and acting sole administratrix
<br />of his said estate by virtue of letters therefor issued from this court;Henry E. Muhlbach,his
<br />son;Hulda A. Eichkoff and Minnie E. muhlbach,his daughters,all of full legal age; and Fred A.
<br />11uhlbach his son,of the age of 19 years;and Richard E.11uhlbach,his son,aged 13 years,all of
<br />whom now survive and reside in the court aforesaid.
<br />2nd.
<br />That said administratrix has justly and fully reported and accounts for all of the estate
<br />both personal and realty of said deceased,and that there now remains in her hands for distribution
<br />among said heirs the sum of $9678.02 in cash, and the livestock and agricultural tools and mach-
<br />inery described in her inventory herein.
