H <br />Register of Deeds <br />SAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF BUFFALO COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE HATTER OF THE ESTATE OF <br />APOLONIA STEINKIE,DECEASED. FINAL DECREE. <br />Now on this 30th day of January,1926,this matter comes on for hearing before the court <br />upon the final administration account and thepetition of Emil Bahr,the administrator of said <br />estate praying for final settlement thereof and from the evidence the Court finds as follows: <br />1. That notice of this hearing has been published as required by law and the order of <br />this court. <br />2.That said Apolonia Steinkie died intestate,July 15,1925,at which time she was a resident <br />of said county,and the said Emil Bahr is the duly qualified administrator of her estate. <br />3.That notice to the creditors of said estate to file in this court their claims for all <br />ance and payment has been published in pursuance of an order of this court,and the time therei <br />limited for that purpose has expir ed,and all claims so filed and allowed have been paid in- <br />eluding expenses of last illness and funeral of deceased,and costs of administration. <br />4.That said Apolonia Steinkie (sometimes spelled herein as Apolonia Steinke) left her our_ <br />viving hs' her only heirs at law,Emil Bahr,a son,and her daughters Anna Dahms,Emma Steinkie <br />and Amelia Steinkie (sometimes spelled Amelia Steinke and Emma Steinke),all of full legal age. <br />That each of said heirs is entitled to an undivided one - fourth interest in said estate. <br />5.That said deceased died seized of the title to an undivided one -half interest in the West <br />half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12,Township 12,North,Range 12,west,Sixth Principal <br />Meridian,in Hall County,Nebraska. <br />6.That the distributive shares of said estate are not liable for the payment of inheritance <br />taxes under the laws of said State. That said final administration account is just and correct <br />and should be approved. <br />IT IS ADJUDGED AND DECREED by t #e Court;that said final administration account is approved; <br />claims of creditors are barred; that said Emil Bahr,Anna Dahms Emma Steinkie and Amelia Steinki� <br />are the only heirs at law of deceased;the above described real estate is assigned to them in <br />equal shares and said administrator is discharged. <br />By the Court <br />J.
