brother;that upon the death of the said Murray G.Pitts the undivided one - fourth interest of said Murray G.Pitts in the real estate hereinbefore described,passed and descended by opera- tion of the Inestate Laws of the State of Nebraska,a,s follows :. To Olive L. Syfert,Charles D. Pitts and Almon E.Pitts,each an undivided one -third interest therein as tenants in common in absolute title. The Court further finds that the said Murray G.Pitts left a personal estate sufficient to pay his funeral expenses and debts and such funeral expenses and debts have beenfullypaid; that if any debts existed against the Estate of Murray G.Pitts,such debts are now_long since barred and precluded by the Statute of Limitation and are now forever barred. and precluded and the Court further finds that the costs of this proceeding has been paid in full. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Murray G.Pitts departed this life at Columbus,Franklin County,Ohio; that he died on the 21st day of October „1901; trigat at the time of his death,he was a resident and inhabitant of Columbus,Ohio;that more than 24 years have lapsed since the death of the said Murray G. Pitts; that no administration...has ever been had or applied for upon his estate in the State of Nebraska;that the said Murray G.Pitts died seized as the owner of an undivided one - fourth interest in and to Lots Ten (10) and Twel. ve (12) in Block Eighteen (18) in College Addition to Vest Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; that he left surviving him,the following named heirs- at- law,Olive L. Syfert,a sister, Charles D.Pitts,a brother,and Almon E.Pitts,a brother;that all of the above named heirs of the said Murray.-G.Pitts are of age and that they are the sole and only heirs of said deceased; that under the laws of the State of Nebraska,then in force,the undivided + interest of said Murray G.Pitts in and to the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended upon his death to Olive Syfert,Charles D.Pitts and Almon E.Pitts,each an undivided one -third interest therein,and the same is hereby so awarded to them;that all debts of said deceased and all debts against the Estate of said deceased,if any such existed,are forever barred and precluded and further administration of the Estate of the said Murray G.Pitts is hereby dispensed with and said estate is forever settled and closed.
