<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF DECREE
<br />MURRAY G. PITTS,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 15th day of February, A.D. 1926, this cause came on for hearing upon the petitiolt
<br />of Imma A.Callier,heretofore filed herein,praying that the court determine and find the date
<br />of the death of the said Murray G. Pitts;,that the said Murray G.Pitts died intestate; that the''.
<br />heirs -at -law of the said Murray G.Pitts be determined by the Court and their respective degroe
<br />of kinship fixed;that the right of descent of the real estate of the said Murray G.Pitts be
<br />determined. And it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file and from the evidence in said
<br />case that due and legal notice by publication has been given by law and the order of this court
<br />required,to all creditors,hef"rs and persons interested in the estate of said deceased,of the
<br />time of the filing said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon,whicn
<br />time was for more than thirty days and less than sixty days after the filing of said petitiom
<br />and there being no objections thereto,said cause was duly submitted to the court upon the peti-
<br />tion and evidence adduced by the petitioner in support thereof and the Court being fully ad,-
<br />vised in the premises finds that the said Murray G.Pitts died intestate in Columbus,Franklin
<br />County,Ohio,and at the time of his death the said Murray G.Pits was a resident and inhabitant
<br />if Franklin County,Ohio,and said .Murray G.Pitts died seized as the owner in fee simple of an
<br />undivided one- fourth interest in and to Lots Ten (10) and Twelve (12) in Block Eighteen (18)
<br />in College Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;that more than twenty
<br />fouryears have lapsed since the death of the said Murray G.Pitts and no application has ever'
<br />been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administrator of said Estate nor,
<br />has administration upon the Estate of the said Murry G.Pitts ever been had in the State of
<br />Nebraska;that the petitioner herein is now the owner of said premises thru purchase by Warrality
<br />Deed,and that she is a competent and proper person to institute and prosecute this proceeding.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Murray G. Pitts left surviving him,the following named
<br />heirs- at- law,to..wit: Olive L.3y_fert,_a sister,Charles D.Pitts,a brother and Almon E.Pitts_,a_
