<br />I give and devise to my daughter,Hattie Klumb,the remainder of Lots Twelve and Thirteen

<br />1X. In pursuance of our written ante - nuptial agreement,I have deeded to my said wife,
<br />Grace A.Southworth,then Grace A.Winsor,a life estate in my homestead property,to -wit; Lot

<br />Five,Block Sixty- two,in, the City of York, Nebraska, and subject to the said life estate of my
<br />wife therein,I give and devise all the rest,residue and remainder of said Lot Five,in Block
<br />Sixty - two,in the City of York, Nebraska, to my grand sons,Frank J.Kl,.mb and Frank J.Southworth,
<br />share and share alike,as tenants in common.
<br />X. All the rest,residue and remainder of my real estate,of whatever nature and wherever
<br />situate,both that I now own,and such as I may hereafter acquire,I give,devise and bequeath
<br />to my wife and three children above named,share and share alike,as tenants in co mmon,they
<br />to have the same from and after my death forever.
<br />Xl. Should any of the legatees or devisees named in this,my Last Will and Testament,die
<br />in my lifetime,leaving issue or descendants,the4,in that e"nt,I direct,and it is my Will,
<br />that his or her share shall go to and be paid to,and I hereby give,devise and bequeath the
<br />same to such issue in equal proportions.
<br />The provisions herein made for my said wif e,are in lieu of any right, title, interest, es-
<br />tate 2 allowance I claim or demand of any nature given her by law.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint the City Trust Company of York, Nebraska, executor of this,
<br />my Last will and Testament , and I hereby revoke any former Will or_.Wills by me made.
