<br />LAST WILL TESTAPENT OF LUCIUS F. SOUTHWORTH,OF YORK,NEBRASKA,
<br />I,Lucius F.Southworth,of York,Nebraska,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish
<br />and dedlare this my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />1. I direct that all my fu neral charges,the expense of administering my estate,my just
<br />debts,if any,and expense of monument,be paid out of my personal estate.
<br />I desire to be buried on my family 10t in Greenwood Cemetery at York,Nebraska,and I hereby
<br />authorize and direct my executor hereinafter named to erect a monument on said lot with suil-
<br />able inscriptions for myself and members of my family there buried. Said monument is to cost,
<br />not less than $SOO.00,in addition to the sum that may be secured for the tombstone that now
<br />f, stands on said lot,and it is my preference that said monument be purchased,if possible from the
<br />firm of Kildow & Jones,of York,Nebraska. However, it is my present intention to erect said
<br />monument myself,and if I should erect said monument during my lifetime,then these directions
<br />to my executor with reference thereto are void.
<br />ll.I give and bequeath all of my wearing apparel to my son,Charley E.Southwarth.
<br />I give and bequeath my watch and chains to my grand son,Frank J.Southworth.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter,Hattie M. Southworth,my piano.
<br />I give and bequeath to my wife,Grace A.Southworth,all the remainder of my household goods:°
<br />111. I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Grace A. Southworth,three shares of City National ,
<br />Bank Stock of York,Nebraska,and one share of City Trust Company Stock of York,Nebraska.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Charley E.Southworth,three shares of City National Bank

<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Hattie Klumbthree shares of City National Bank

<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Hattie M.Southworth,one share of City National
<br />Bank Stock of York,Nebraska.
<br />1V.I give,devise and bequeath to my nephew,Frank Johnson,now of Omaha,Nebraska,the automobile
<br />if any,which I own at the time of my death.'
<br />Subject to the payment of the above charges,ggainst my estate,I give,devise and bequeath
<br />unto my wife,Grace A.Southworth,my son,Charley E.Southworth,my daughter,Hattie Klumb,and
<br />my daughter,Hattie M. Southworth,all the rest,residue and remainder of my personal property of
<br />which I die seized or possessed.
<br />V.I give,and devise the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty- eight,Town"'
<br />ship Ten North,Range Eleven West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County,Nebraska,to my son,Charley E.
<br />Southworth, in .fee absolute.
<br />V1.I give and devise the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty - eight,Township
<br />Ten,North,Ra.nge Eleven West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,to my daughter,Hattie
<br />Klumb,in fee absolute.
<br />Vll. I give,devise and bequeath the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty -
<br />eight,Town Ten North,Range Eleven West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County,Nebraska,to my daughter,
<br />Hattie M.Southworth,in fee ebsolute.
<br />I further give and devise unto my wife,Grace A.Southworth,all the rents and net proceeds
<br />from the said above described land bequeathed to my daughter,Hattie M.Southworth,and all
<br />income from share of City National Bank Stock until my said daughter,Hattie M.Southworth,
<br />reaches the age of Eighteen years. This is to provide for the maintenance and care of my
<br />said daughter until she reaches the age of eighteen years.
