<br />And the following described real estate situated in Adams County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The South 64 feet of Lot 15 in Block 2 of Buswell' s Addition to the City of Hastings.
<br />The Court finds that at the time of the death of the said Christian Engel, deceased, the
<br />real estate described above as being in Adams County,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The South 64 Feet of Lot 15 in Block 2 of Buswell's Addition to the City of Hastings,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />Was the home of the said Christian Engel and Augusta Engel,his wife,and that the said
<br />Augusta Engel,widow of said Christian Engel, deceased, is entitled to a homestead in said
<br />South 64 feet of Lot 15 in Block 2 of Buswell'6 Addition to the City of Hastings ,Nebrask a.
<br />The Court finds that under the provi siions of the law of descent-"Of the State of Neb-
<br />raska all of the real estate above described did pass and descend at the death of the said
<br />Christian Engel,deceased,and subject to the homestead of the said widow above described in
<br />said South 64 Feet of Lot 15 in Block 2 of Buswell's Addition to the City of Hastings,
<br />Nebraska,in the manner following:
<br />To Augusta Engel,widow,a one -third part thereof in fee simple.
<br />To Paul L.Engel,a one - sixth part thereof in fee simple
<br />To Herman E.Engel,a one -sixth part thereof in fee simple.
<br />To Augusta J.Cox,a one sixth part thereof in fee simple.
<br />a; To Emil B.Engel,a one -sixth part thereof in fee simple.

<br />It is,therefore,by the Court considered that on the death of the said Christian Engel,
<br />deceased,the real estate hereinafter described,to -wit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section 24 in Township 9 North,Range 11 West of the 6 P. M. ,
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest Quarter and the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section N0.14 in
<br />Township No.9 North,Range 10 West of the 6 P. IL ,in Hall County,Nebraska,,
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 23 in Township 9 North,Range 10 West of the 6 P.mv
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The South 64 feet of Lot 15 in Block 2 of Buswell's Addition to the City of Hastings,
<br />did pass and descend under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska as follows:
<br />To Augusta Engel,widow,a one -third part thereof in fee simple.*
<br />To Paul L.Engel,a one -sixth part thereof in fee simple.
<br />To Herman E.Lngel,a one -sixth part thereof absolutely in fee simple.
<br />To Augusta J.Gox,a one -sixth part thereof absolutely in fee simple,
<br />To Emil B.Engel,a one -sixth part thereof absolutely in fee simple,
