<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF ADAMS COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Christian Engel,Decea.sed.
<br />Now on this 20th day of January,19269this cause came on for hearing on the final report
<br />of Emil B.Engel and Clarence J. Cox, Administrators of the Estate of Christian Engel,deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the Court that notice of the filing of said report has been given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate,as by law and by order of this Court required,and the proofs
<br />of such notice being duly filed in this court,and it further appearing to the Court after a
<br />full examination of said Report that the account exhibited by said Administrators is correct
<br />in all things and ought to be approved and allowed and it appearing that said Administrators have
<br />gecounted for'all of the estate which has come into their hands,
<br />IT IS,THERZ8GRE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the said Emil B.Engel
<br />and Clarence J.Cox,Administrators of the estate of said Christian Engel,deceased,be and the
<br />same is approved as and for their final report.
<br />The Court findsthat notice was given to allcreditors of said estate in the manner provided
<br />by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased
<br />and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and alloyed
<br />against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied,that the funeral expenses of said de-
<br />ceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding
<br />claims against said estate,not filed,if any' such there be are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore, ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Christian
<br />Engel and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that said Administrators have received in cash from all sources the sum
<br />of $2992.52; that they have expended in cash for bills allowed against said estate and costs
<br />and expenses of administration the sum of $3076.90,being an amount in excess of the receipts;
<br />that the said Administrators make no claim for the amount paid out in excess of receipts;that
<br />all personal property has been converted into cash with the exception of the house hold funni -�
<br />ture Which has been turned over to the widow with the consent of all of the heirs.
<br />The Court finds that said estate has been appraised by the Court for the purpose of det-
<br />ermining the Inheritance Tax to which the different shares of interested persons are subject
<br />and that said taxes have been paid.
<br />The Court finds that the said Christian Engel departed this life on the 1" day of April,
<br />1925,a resident of Adams County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate;that he left surviving
<br />him as his sole and only heirs at law the following named:
<br />AugustaEhgel,his surviving widow,
<br />Paul L.Engel,a son,
<br />Herman E.Engel,a son,
<br />Augusts J. Cox, a daughter,
<br />Emil B.Engel,a son.
<br />The Court finds that the said Christian Engel, deceased, was at the time of his death the
<br />o,ner of the following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to_ wit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section 24 in Township 9 North,Range 11 West of the 6 P. M. ,in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The southwest Quarter and the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section No.14 in
<br />Township No. 9 North,Range 10 West of the 6 P. M. , in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 23 in Township 9 North,Range 10 West of the 6 P. M. ,in
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,
